Antoine ROLAND
With over 16 years’ experience in consulting, Antoine ROLAND has been leading strategy and project management consulting missions in a wide range of fields since 2006. He founded {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] in 2012.
An expert in innovation and new models of collaboration in the cultural sector, he assists numerous private players, cultural and heritage sites, ministries and local authorities in defining their strategies and implementing their projects.
He also lectures at CELSA, the Ecole du Louvre, the Burgundy School of Business and ESSEC.
Antoine is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lyon and holds a master’s degree in quantitative methodologies and economic expertise (Centrale Lyon / Lyon 1).

Christophe SALOMON
With over 30 years’ experience in the audiovisual sector (production of some 100 films for France Télévision, Canal + and Médiawan), Christophe SALOMON joins {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] in 2019.
Formerly in charge of developing French-language and digital creations for Sunny Side of the Doc (which led to the creation of PIXII, an international meeting and networking event for players in digital culture), he is developing {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES]’s activities in France and internationally. He produces and organizes numerous events, and contributes his audiovisual expertise to numerous consulting missions.
He also supports several major French players in the production and distribution of large-format digital experiences.
Christophe holds a degree in computer and multimedia engineering, a Master’s 2 in regional planning management and a university diploma in tourism.

Charlotte BAUGÉ
With two years’ experience in marketing in the audiovisual (mk2 Cinémas) and heritage (Château de Versailles) Charlotte BAUGÉ joined {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] in 2025.
She brings her expertise in analyzing cultural and creative ecosystems, writing editorial content, and conducting assessments and diagnostics. It also contributes to the promotion and dissemination of content produced by the agency.
Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Management of Cultural Enterprises and Creative Industries (BSB), a cross-disciplinary program rooted in numerous cultural and creative networks.
ANALYST CONSULTANT
Vincent MATHIOT
With five years of experience in cultural project engineering (festivals, exhibition coordination, studies, and consulting assignments), Vincent MATHIOT joined {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] in 2025.
He is preparing a thesis in a company, supervised by the University of Bordeaux, via the Cifre program, focusing on the impact of digital technologies on the development strategies of museum structures in the European Union.
He brings his expertise in the areas of strategy and management of cultural organizations to the agency’s research and consulting divisions.
Vincent holds a Master’s degree in History from the University of Burgundy and a Master’s degree in Management of Cultural Enterprises and Creative Industries (BSB).
He also supports several major French players in the production and distribution of large-format digital experiences.
