The town of Epinal wants to create a Fabrique des Images, a resource center, heritage site and innovation center for artists, businesses and the general public.

SERVICES PROVIDED

• The framing and sizing of the Image Factory’s offers and services (artistic and creative, educational, economic and tourist aspects);
• The definition of the needs and expectations of the general public, students and professionals for whom this site would be intended (as well as the potential for mutualization) with the players in the image sector around this project (local authorities, economic players, institutions, educational structures, associative structures, tourism players).
