BACKGROUND

The region aims to assemble a range of professionals on November 21, 2024 at the Arc-et-Senans royal saltworks. The event will feature project reviews, workshops, visits and round tables. The idea is to organize a workshop on how to create a network to encourage collaboration and pooling, highlighting the challenges of identifying the right partners and mobilizing them over the long term. {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] will provide an introduction to the various preconceived ideas linked to digital technology, as well as best practices for implementing a digital strategy for small and medium-sized heritage sites.

SERVICES PROVIDED

{CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] supported the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region in :

• An introduction to the event.
• Facilitation of a workshop on collaboration models around a digital model, and coordination with other participants (in particular, the Centre des monuments nationaux (CMN)).
• Preparing the synthesis review in coordination with the CNM and the Region.
• Hosting the event.

OBTAINED RESULTS

• Event summary distributed to participants.
• 80 to 100 professionals gathered.
