BACKGROUND
Opening to the public at the beginning of May 2024, the Citadelle of Marseille wishes to carry out a prefiguration study to become a major cultural and tourist player in the creation and dissemination of immersive experiences in the territory. The Citadelle teams would like to :
- In conjunction with the Citadelle, define a digital itinerary for its visitors.
- Identify the various partners and funding sources, then define the budget and business plan for the project.
SERVICES PROVIDED

- The definition of a digital and immersive itinerary for the Citadelle’s visitors.
- Support for financing and production of the project: writing the itinerary, selecting partners, financing and monitoring (design and production) of the project.
OBTAINED RESULTS
- A benchmark of inspiring projects.
- Definition of a roadmap (editorial positioning of the course and technologies used, planning…).
- Identification of financing and definition of the investment and operating budget).
