The French Ministry of Defence’s Department of Heritage, Memory and Archives (DPMA) is organizing, in partnership with {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES]a cycle of three Webinars in November and December 2020.
As part of Public Innovation Month, this series of Webinars is aimed at professionals in the heritage and cultural sector. 15 speakers will be invited to share their observations, experiences and thoughts on identifying opportunities for innovation in the current crisis. 3 main themes will be proposed:

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19 (9:30-11:00) – 1ST MEETING: THE HEALTH CRISIS, AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENRICH THE CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLIC -> {Viewreplay]

- A repositioning of communication-related professions at the forefront? Feedback on ICOM’s report on the impact of COVID-19 on museums, and online initiatives for the professional museum community. Juliette Raoul-Duval, President of the French National Committee, ICOM.
- Involving a venue’s teams in its communications: the #ChallengeAirEspace and #DestinationAirEspace challenges – Alice Charbonnier, Director of Audience Development and Marketing, and Yu Zhang, Director of Communications and Digital, Musée de l’air et de l’espace.
