Discover the results of the 2020 edition of the IESA Heritage and Innovations Conference: replay, shared presentations and graphics by Klee Group’s Emeline Parizel (thanks to her!).
This 3rd edition took place on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. It was proposed by {CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] in close collaboration with IESA students and theIncubateur du Patrimoine (Centre des monuments nationaux) in a 100% online format. 750 participations were recorded over the entire cycle of 3 Webinars offered.
15 speakers, experts in their fields and from a wide range of backgrounds, spoke on 3 themes:
- Design an innovative project with the public.
- Use visitor data to better manage your asset management activities.
- Recognize digital and innovation skills within heritage organizations.

This year’s Rencontres were hosted by Sarah Hugounenq, a freelance journalist specializing in cultural economics and cultural policies. She regularly produces articles and surveys for Le Quotidien de l’Art (the event’s media partner), Les Echos, La Tribune de l’assurance, La Gazette Drouot… She is also a regular contributor to France Culture’s Soft Power program, dedicated to news from the cultural and digital industries. She teaches at IESA and the Ecole du Louvre.
Elisabeth Gravil (expert in marketing strategy and international communications) gave an international perspective to each meeting.
