BACKGROUND:
During the health crisis, and in conjunction with Public Innovation Month, Ministère des Armées ‘s Direction de la Mémoire, de la Culture et des Archives (DMCA) (Department of Memory, Culture and Archives) wishes to bring together professionals from the heritage sector to share a set of issues linked to the crisis situation in which cultural venues find themselves. On the basis of experience feedback, the Ministry wishes to encourage the dynamics of transformation that have been underway for some years now in the museums and memorials it oversees.

- Definition of the program for the three webinars around 3 key themes: the health crisis, an opportunity to innovate with our audiences, in our working methods and in the monetization of our activities.
- Selection and briefing of the various participants;

- Facilitation of the 3 Webinars with the support of a journalist from Le Quotidien de l’art.
