BACKGROUND:

Ministère des Armées wishes to support the professionalization and development of digital projects for a group of museums and memorials that it manages. With this ambition in mind, in 2021 and 2022, it wishes to organize two seminars in partner museums (the history center of the 14/18 Memorial at Notre Dame de Lorette and the Musée de l’Ordre de la Libération), in order to raise participants’ awareness of diagnostic and analytical methodologies for defining relevant digital projects, and then to identify a group of partners and/or networks capable of contributing to the implementation and financing of this project.

SERVICES PROVIDED (for each seminar)

• The programming of these seminars, alternating feedback, workshops and methodological presentations.
• Organization and running of an annual three-day seminar.
• Feedback in the form of an operational guide.

DELIVERABLES (for each seminar) :

• Two three-day seminar modules on mediation and innovation.
• A workbook for participants.
• Presentation materials introducing feedback and methodological support.
• A summary of all the seminars, specifying the tools to be used, the methodological challenges and limits, examples of deliverables and feedback.

OBTAINED RESULTS

• 15 participants trained at the 2021 seminar.
• 12 participants at the 2022 seminar.
