BACKGROUND:

In connection with the drafting of its scientific and cultural project, the Museum has initiated a reflection on its brand, positioning and values. With these transformations in mind, the Musée de la Grande Guerre teams would like to define the museum’s digital strategy for the coming years.

SERVICES PROVIDED

{CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] accompanied Musée de la Grande Guerre in :

  • Diagnosis of the Museum’s visitor itinerary and analysis of its different audiences (school groups, researchers and enlightened visitors, family audiences).
  • Identification of the most appropriate solutions to be considered through a comparative study.
  • Planning the strategy to be implemented in the coming months in conjunction with the teams, through regular workshops.

DELIVERABLES

  • Current and target visitor itineraries by audience type.
  • Interview guide (summary of team interviews).
  • Comparative study of 12 inspiring examples and positioning summary.
  • A roadmap co-constructed through various team workshops, outlining the projects to be carried out, the work to be carried out and the funding avenues to be mobilized.

OBTAINED RESULTS

  • Clear, coordinated definition of the projects to be carried out: online presence, collection enhancement, improving the visitor experience, customer loyalty and data.
  • Mobilize teams around the projects to be carried out and identify the funding to be mobilized.
