BACKGROUND

Museum Connections is the annual international meeting place for cultural and tourist experiences. In 2023, the show aims to extend its focus on innovation and strengthen ties with its community.

SERVICES PROVIDED

{CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] accompanied Museum Connections in :

• Define and run a cycle of regular online meetings (4 / year) to showcase innovative and inspiring examples implemented by cultural and tourist venues.
• The creation and facilitation of feedback on innovative projects recently implemented by cultural venues with their partners.
• Organize themed tours of the show for speakers/VIPs at Museum Connections.

OBTAINED RESULTS

• 4 online webinars attended by over 500 professionals.
• 4 themed articles to report on the seminars and analyze trends in innovation in museums, heritage and tourism.
• Innovation duos: organization and running of a selection panel, coordination and running of 17 duos (museums and service providers).
• Themed tours: creation of 2 itineraries, 4 sessions attended by 40 participants to discover 15 stands.
• Show results 2023: 5,414 visitors (+20% compared to 2023); 79% French visitors – 21% international visitors; 57% of visitors come from private companies / 35% from the public / 8% from associations.
