BACKGROUND:

By implementing its new organization in 2015-2016, the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle has structured and meshed a veritable network of mediation managers active in the regions and at its Paris sites, volunteers and forces of proposal. The health crisis and the closure of the Museum’s various sites gave impetus to a range of local initiatives, rich in suggestions but highly specific, with varying degrees of maturity in terms of innovation. On the strength of this reorganization and in the face of this health crisis, the Museum’s management would like to have an overall vision of the digital projects to be carried out, particularly with a view to the forthcoming reopening of its sites, and to be able to arbitrate and articulate these different projects with the physical offerings of its various sites, in a logic of coherence and mutualization while respecting the specificities of each.
