BACKGROUND:

Like other cultural venues that were closed for long periods during the health crisis, the Quai des Savoirs (QDS) has had to maintain a link with its public at a distance on the Web and social networks until May 2021. This distance from the public highlighted the importance of a visible, coherent and relevant web and social networking strategy for QDS. With its physical reopening in May 2021, the establishment has begun to rebalance its online presence, mediation and promotion of activities and events to both on-site and remote audiences. With this study, the Quai des Savoirs wishes to carry out a diagnosis of its communication and mediation policy on social networks, to give a growing place to digital as a territory for mediation, encounters, dialogues and sharing, particularly with young audiences (15-35 years) and families, the establishment’s core targets.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Generic and industry-specific monitoring of cultural practices on social networks.
  • Analysis of the Quai des Savoirs’ social networks and website, and its positioning in relation to other local and national cultural venues.

DELIVERABLES

  • Generic and business intelligence on social networks
  • Analysis of QDS policy on social networks.
  • Recommendations for optimizing the management and animation of QDS social networks (editorial line, animation policy, reporting).
