BACKGROUND:

The Région Grand Est wishes to federate the various regional players working to develop digital and immersive cultural projects (local authorities, companies and cultural venues). An event aimed at this local and international ecosystem is planned in Metz to bring together regional professionals to discuss the challenges of cultural immersion.

SERVICES PROVIDED

{CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] accompanied the Région Grand Est in :

• Communication and mobilization of the local and international ecosystem.
• The programming, organization and running of two days of conferences, workshops and round tables.
• Reporting and promoting the event on a national and international level.

DELIVERABLES :

• Define and coordinate the event’s programming and mobilize international speakers on a variety of themes: mapping and territorial appeal, augmented entertainment, digital and memorial heritage, digital mediation tools and scientific knowledge.
• Restitution and promotion of the event.

OBTAINED RESULTS

• 500 national and international professionals from 9 different countries at the event.
• Highlighting the know-how of the Région Grand Est through feedback, pitches, exhibition stands and workshops.
