BACKGROUND

The third edition of the Rencontres Internationales de la Culture, la Connaissance et de l’Immersif (RICCI) will be held in 2 phases in 2024. First, in conjunction with the Constellations digital arts festival on June 19, 2024 in Metz. This event for artists, festivals, venues and students is dedicated to digital creation and its transmission. A second event from October 14 to 16, 2024 in Epinal, devoted to the diversity of approaches to digital creativity and the diversification of digital distribution venues: cinemas, museums, media libraries, planetariums and nomadic devices.

SERVICES PROVIDED

{CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] supported the Grand-Est region in :

• The programming of the two events in June in conjunction with the Constellations festival, and in October with the City of Epinal and Futura Cinema for a series of conferences, a gas pedal and a hackathon.
• Event organization and logistics.
• Support in the search for additional funding.
• Broadcasting events.
• Hosting and reporting on events.

OBTAINED RESULTS

For RICCI in Metz :

• 153 participants for the professional event organized in Metz as part of the Constellations festival in June 2024.

For RICCI in Epinal :

• An inauguration evening welcoming over 120 participants.
• A hackathon for young professionals and students, with 24 participants divided into 6 teams.
• The creation of a gas pedal for project leaders, which selected 6 projects for acceleration from 22 applicants.
• Conferences attended by over 150 professionals from the region, France and abroad.
