BACKGROUND:

Lucid Realities wanted to launch a platform in 2023 aimed at cultural institutions (museums, libraries, science centers, memorials, etc.) to offer them a catalog of immersive experiences and support them in implementing such projects on their premises.

SERVICES PROVIDED –

{CORRESPONDANCES DIGITALES] accompanied Lucid Realities in :

  • Identification of the most appropriate cultural venues to address in order to offer the platform’s services.
  • Analysis of the various service models to be considered (subscription, sale of rights, purchase of space, etc.).
  • Identify the contractual, accounting and management implications of offering this type of service to these players.

DELIVERABLES

  • Analysis of existing services and business models in the museum and heritage sector
  • Analysis of decision-making / purchasing / management processes for different types of museum players.

OBTAINED RESULTS

  • Helping to define the services and marketing models needed to launch the Unframed Collection platform.
