BACKGROUND

As part of the redesign of its permanent visitor itinerary, Musée d’art et d’histoire du Judaïsme (MAJH) wishes to better welcome and support its visitors in understanding and contextualizing its permanent collections.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Diagnosis of existing visitor practices based on previous audience studies and workshops with teams.
  • Analysis of the site and collections to define the challenges of integrating digital mediation devices (cartography and embedded mediation).
  • Defining digital mediation systems through a comparative study and workshops.
  • Drafting and managing two invitations to tender for service providers (assistance with award criteria and selection of candidates, financing plan and operational timetable).
