BACKGROUND:

3 years after opening its doors, Fondation Louis Vuitton would like to carry out an evaluation of all the digital services offered to its online community and visitors. This analysis enables us to identify new digital projects to be implemented over the next few years.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Evaluation of the digital services made available to the public through various immersion and observation sequences within the Foundation.
  • Facilitating a series of creativity workshops to identify new and timely projects.
  • Define a roadmap for implementing the various projects identified.

DELIVERABLES

  • Evaluation protocol for digital services.
  • Diagnostic evaluation of existing digital services.
  • Master plan with proposed implementation path, detailed project sheets and indicative budget

OBTAINED RESULTS

  • Suggestions for optimizing existing services.
  • Definition of 5 service projects to be implemented.
